About the Role

  • Provide expert advice on Aveda products and services to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions for their beauty needs.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Aveda's products, services, and brand values to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inspiring shopping environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the store remains competitive and relevant.
