About the Role:
Clinique is seeking a talented Counter Manager to join our team at M&S. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a personalized shopping experience, and driving sales of our market-leading skincare and makeup products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their skin and makeup goals and recommend custom-fit routines
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Maintain a visually appealing shopping environment through effective visual merchandising and store displays
- Support the development and implementation of in-store promotions and events

About You:
- Previous retail industry or customer services experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proof of right to live and work in the country
