Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at TRCGroup. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update and maintain spreadsheets and workbooks, including the whereabouts/Billing sheet/ Trackers/SharePoint.
  • Upload all necessary paperwork for the billing sheet to ensure timely invoicing.
  • Handle invoicing queries and resolve them before the billing cut-off.
  • Create SLD's and update trackers as required.
  • Add DFE's for jobs that need them.
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Confident communication skills to engage with colleagues across departments.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Excel.
  • Confidence working with numbers and formulas.
Qualifications:

GCSE English and Maths at grade A-C or equivalent.
