About The Role

Gleeds is a world-class management and construction consultancy with a rich history of over 130 years in the property and construction industry. We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Administrator to join our Leeds office, working closely with our team to ensure seamless office operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office supplies, and coordinating meetings and events. They will also be the first point of contact for visitors and external parties, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General office administration, including stationery orders, printing, and copying.
  • Answering incoming phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Welcoming visitors and signing them in appropriately.
  • Supporting new staff inductions and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Managing meeting room bookings and preparing meeting rooms for large events.
  • Collecting and preparing outgoing post and dealing with incoming post.
  • Organizing couriers and liaising with outside suppliers for office consumables.
  • Ordering and managing IT equipment and maintaining office consumable invoices.
  • Providing administrative support for social value coordination and H&S coordination.
  • Supporting event organization and management of premises/maintenance arrangements.
