Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support our Leeds office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Glasgow team and day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and be able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties, including formatting reports, preparing presentations, and updating company templates. You will also be the main point of contact for the Leeds office and will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing post, as well as coordinating office moves and maintenance of office equipment.

We are looking for someone who is able to work independently and as part of a team, and who is able to build effective working relationships with colleagues and clients. If you are a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Glasgow team and day-to-day operations
  • Format reports and prepare presentations using Microsoft Office
  • Update company templates and ensure compliance with Corporate Guidelines
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post and coordinate office moves
  • Maintain office equipment and coordinate office cleaning
  • Support with diary management and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate office social events and manage supplier relationships

Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
