Office Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Sellick Partnership. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment team and providing exceptional administrative services to our clients and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including responding to emails and phone calls, and tailoring candidate CVs and requesting references.
  • Write and refresh job adverts to ensure they are engaging and effective in attracting top talent.
  • Support the team during periods of high demand, including holidays and sickness periods.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Assist the compliance team with small ad-hoc tasks related to new contractors.
  • Book travel, accommodation, and couriers as needed.
  • Perform general office duties, including ordering food for the office.

Requirements:

  • High-level written skills and excellent phone manner.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized individual with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
