Responsibilities also include full engagement in the registration process, monitoring student progress, and coordinating assessments while working closely with course directors to create an environment conducive to achieving awards.

To excel in this position, candidates should possess a degree or equivalent professional experience in higher education administration. Essential qualifications include knowledge and experience in student-facing roles and university administration, alongside proficiency in MS Office applications. Strong communication skills across various levels and styles are crucial, as is the ability to engage with prospective and current students in a manner that enhances their overall experience.

For a comprehensive role profile, please refer to the job description provided.

The University currently implements a Hybrid Working framework, allowing a blend of remote and in-office work. Typically, employees may work remotely for up to 60% of their working week, depending on the role, but will be required to attend on specific days for training or team meetings.

Preferential consideration will be given to candidates from the University redeployment pool.

The University of London is dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive working environment where all individuals can thrive. We particularly encourage applications from members of Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic communities, as this group is currently under-represented in senior positions within the University.
