The Role

The Student Services and Registry Coordinator is tasked with overseeing all facets related to the master's programs. This role includes managing student record modifications and ensuring that student records on SITS are current. The post holder will serve as the primary contact for student inquiries and will collaborate with module tutors to facilitate the effective operation of teaching programs. Responsibilities also encompass registration duties, including tracking student progress and managing assessments, while working closely with course directors to foster an environment conducive to academic achievement.

To excel in this position, candidates should possess a degree or equivalent professional experience in higher education administration. Essential qualifications include familiarity with student-facing roles and university administration, alongside proficiency in MS Office applications. Strong communication skills across various levels and styles are crucial, as is the ability to engage with prospective and current students in a manner that enhances their overall experience.
