We prioritize a healthy work-life balance and are open to full-time, part-time, or flexible arrangements, depending on the specific role and business needs.
About You

As part of the Business Development team, you will be at the heart of NPL's activities. With the continuous discovery of innovative applications for our work, the potential for growth is substantial.
In your role as a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will have exceptional opportunities to engage with and provide guidance to industry-leading clients. You will quickly become well-versed in our products and capabilities that have established NPL as a leader in the advanced manufacturing sector.
Your success will hinge on understanding our offerings, actively listening to the needs of potential clients, and finding ways to align those needs with our solutions. You will also have the chance to support proposals, tenders, and bids while fostering relationships both externally and internally to ensure that every business opportunity is thoroughly explored.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Cultivating relationships with current and prospective clients through effective communication channels. Lead Qualification: Assessing incoming leads by understanding their needs, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling follow-up discussions. Relationship Building: Developing customer connections that resonate with the NPL brand, emphasizing our vision and collaborative sales approach. Sales Pipeline Management: Achieving personal and team monthly targets while aligning with broader strategic goals. Participation: Engaging in company meetings and customer events to enhance visibility and collaboration. Industry Knowledge: Staying informed about industry trends and best practices, including the application of new technologies and resources.We aim to provide our customers with the utmost confidence in our services. Therefore, a background in Account Management or Business Development, preferably within a scientific context, is essential. However, if you possess a genuine enthusiasm for research in our core areas, we are committed to supporting your development. Additionally, we seek individuals with strong customer focus, business insight, organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to influence others.
