About Our Client

We are partnering with a prominent B2B-focused venture capital investor seeking a skilled Marketing and Communications Senior Associate to join their London office.

Job Overview

The Marketing and Communications Senior Associate will be responsible for leading outbound and inbound communication with the firm's ecosystem. This role offers the opportunity to develop and execute a marketing strategy, including branding, PR, content creation, social media, and digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and optimize the CRM platform
  2. Oversee communication channels, including the newsletter, website, and content dissemination
  3. Organize and maintain social media channels
  4. Coordinate and create marketing materials
  5. Plan and execute the communication strategy with current and potential LP base in coordination with partners
  6. Manage PR efforts
  7. Coordinate events
  8. Support the operations team on investor relations and reporting aspects
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with:

  1. Previous experience in marketing and communications at a VC or private markets firm (desirable)
  2. Interest in VC, entrepreneurship, technology, and innovation
  3. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Spanish language is a strong plus)
  4. A degree in marketing or communications (advantageous)
  5. Ability to work autonomously while coordinating different areas and teams
  6. Strong work ethic, collaborative team player, and high level of integrity
