We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our commercial marketing team in London. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing aligned go-to-market strategies to drive brand awareness, candidate and client engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing programmes to deliver on client leads, candidate sourcing, and profitable conversion rate targets.
  • Collaborate closely with key business stakeholders, including Board level stakeholders and senior internal and external communication managers, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Oversee the project management of hero programmes and campaigns, adapting and localising campaigns from global and regional to the needs of the UK market.
  • Drive awareness of the business and its key brands among an external audience, ensuring consistent Customer Value Proposition and brand messaging across the market.
  • Accountable for providing business reporting on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to local Ops and UK leadership.
