The Role: Housing Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and driven Housing Support Worker to join our team in Salisbury. In this role, you will play a vital part in empowering single homeless adults as they navigate the path towards self-sufficiency.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to clients with low-to-medium needs, assisting them in achieving their personal goals and establishing stability.
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and aspirations.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all clients by creating a nurturing and supportive environment.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and open communication while connecting them with essential resources and services.

Your Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with vulnerable adults is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a car with business insurance are essential for fulfilling travel requirements associated with this role.
