About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Supported Housing Professional to join our team at Julian House. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred support and housing management to single homeless clients with low to medium-level needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop personalized support plans to promote sustainable progress towards greater independence.
  • Implement and monitor risk assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff.
  • Provide advice, information, and enabling support to clients to access appropriate services and resources.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and services to ensure seamless support and referrals.
  • Ensure the day-to-day health and safety of the service, including liaison with external contractors.
Requirements
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults and/or people with complex needs.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with clients and services to develop pathways for positive change.
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (business insurance required for roles involving travel to work).
