Key Responsibilities- Client Support and Assessment: Carry out thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop personalized support plans to help them achieve sustainable progress towards greater independence.
- Housing Management: Ensure the safe and efficient management of our housing services, including maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues or concerns.
- Safeguarding and Risk Management: Implement and monitor risk assessments and ensure all safeguarding procedures are followed to protect clients and staff.
- Community Engagement: Build effective relationships with clients, services, and external partners to develop pathways and provide enabling support to help clients access appropriate services.
- Health and Safety: Take responsibility for the day-to-day health and safety of the service, including liaison with external contractors and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Experience and Qualifications: A minimum of [insert time] experience working with vulnerable adults and/or people with complex needs, preferably in a housing or social services context. Relevant qualifications, such as a diploma or degree in a related field, are desirable.
