About Stratford Lodge

Stratford Lodge is a specialist residential care home dedicated to providing exceptional care and educational opportunities for young adults aged 19-25 with Education, Health and Care Plans. Our residents have diagnoses of both Autistic Spectrum Disorder, severe learning difficulties, and other associated needs. We strive to create personalized plans for each individual, focusing on building life skills, independence, and access to vocational pathways.

Our Mission

At Stratford Lodge, we are committed to empowering our residents to reach their full potential. Our team of dedicated Support Workers, Senior Support Workers, Deputy Managers, and Registered Care Managers work collaboratively to create a nurturing and supportive environment where young adults can thrive.

Your Role as a Support Worker

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents' learning and development. You will assist them in developing essential life skills, fostering their independence, and encouraging their participation in meaningful activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate and individualized care to young adults with diverse needs.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Encourage social interaction and participation in recreational activities.
  • Implement personalized support plans and track progress.
  • Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communication records.
