About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Turning Point. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with Learning Disabilities and additional needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals in a residential setting
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a care or support role, preferably in a residential setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts
  • Full UK driving license (desirable)
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support
