Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Effective communication with customers to understand their requirements and preferences
  • Processing customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensuring all customer requests are met with a high level of service

Cost Control:

  • Minimizing costs through effective planning and communication with subcontractors
  • Monitoring and reporting on costs to ensure they are within budget

Communication:

  • Monitoring and reporting on daily collections and deliveries
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues or delays

Teamwork:

  • Working collaboratively with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of goods and services
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in a fast-paced transport or logistics environment
  • Excellent customer service and administration skills
  • Highly organized and able to work on own initiative
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work additional hours as required

Salary:
