Job Summary

This position is for a full-time Musculoskeletal Lead Podiatrist. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to enhance their expertise in diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.

The role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team, including Consultants and other healthcare professionals, to deliver high-quality care to patients. Responsibilities will encompass both outpatient and inpatient settings, ensuring comprehensive treatment plans are developed and implemented.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments and provide effective treatment for patients with musculoskeletal issues.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure integrated patient care.
  • Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to the development of treatment protocols.
  • Engage in teaching and mentoring junior staff and students.
  • Involve in audit and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in podiatry and musculoskeletal care.
