Main Responsibilities
Role Summary
This position is for a full-time Senior Musculoskeletal Podiatrist. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to enhance their skills and knowledge in diagnosing, treating, and managing both routine and complex musculoskeletal conditions under the guidance of experienced professionals.
The role will primarily focus on providing high-quality care in outpatient settings, managing patient cases, and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings. The post holder will also be involved in the delivery of treatment plans and will collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
- Deliver care in outpatient clinics and participate in the management of patients undergoing various treatment modalities.
- Engage in daily clinical activities, including patient consultations and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Participate in teaching and training initiatives for junior staff and students.
- Contribute to quality improvement projects and clinical audits.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in podiatry and musculoskeletal care.
