Main Responsibilities- Provide expert nursing care to patients in the emergency department
- Lead and manage a team of nurses to ensure high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Contribute to the development of the emergency department
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- NMC Registered Nurse
- Postgraduate courses relevant to specialty
- BSc or evidence of study at level 6
- Teaching and assessing course
- ILS
- Safeguarding level 3
- MSc or evidence of study at level 7
- ALS
- Management and leadership course
- Extensive post-registration experience within specialty
- Experience of team and shift management
- Experience in conducting appraisals
