Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join our team at Focus Resourcing Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, probate sales, leasehold and freehold matters, and re-mortgages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, probate sales, leasehold and freehold matters, and re-mortgages.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and best practices in residential property conveyancing.
  • Contribute to the development of the team and the business as a whole.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a fee-earning role in residential property conveyancing.
  • Experience of running own caseload and managing multiple deadlines.
  • A sound knowledge of freehold and leasehold conveyancing in sale, purchase, and re-mortgage matters.
  • Excellent client relationship skills and ability to handle matters from pre-exchange to completion.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment and resilient under pressure.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity, with a strong work ethic and ability to meet targets and exceed expectations.
