About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Conveyancing Solicitor who can provide a tailored, proactive, and commercial approach to clients. You will work collaboratively with a small, supportive team to deliver high-quality results and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of Residential Property matters, including Sales & Purchase, Probate Sales, Leasehold and Free Hold Matters, and Re-Mortgages.
  • Provide a broad scope of Residential Property services, demonstrating a commercial approach to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality results and exceed client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a fee-earning role, preferably in Conveyancing.
  • Experience of running own caseload and managing multiple deadlines.
  • A sound knowledge of Freehold and Leasehold conveyancing in sale, purchase, and re-mortgage matters.
  • Excellent client relationship skills and ability to develop and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity, with a strong work ethic and ability to meet targets.
