Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team at Focus Resourcing Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, probate sales, leasehold and freehold matters, and re-mortgages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, probate sales, leasehold and freehold matters, and re-mortgages.
  • Work collaboratively with other conveyancers to ensure efficient and effective case management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in property law and conveyancing procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Contribute to the development of the team, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a fee-earning role, preferably in residential property conveyancing.
  • Proven ability to manage a caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Sound knowledge of freehold and leasehold conveyancing, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
