About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team at Focus Resourcing Limited. As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, probate sales, leasehold and freehold matters, and re-mortgages.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, probate sales, leasehold and freehold matters, and re-mortgages.
- Undertake a broad scope of residential property matters, demonstrating a proactive and commercial approach to clients.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in conveyancing law and practice, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a fee-earning role, preferably in conveyancing.
- Experience of running own caseload and managing multiple deadlines.
- A sound knowledge of freehold and leasehold conveyancing in sale, purchase, and re-mortgage matters.
- Excellent client relationship skills and ability to handle matters from pre-exchange to completion.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment and develop solutions to complex problems.
- High level of professionalism and integrity, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
