About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team at Focus Resourcing Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, probate sales, leasehold and freehold matters, and re-mortgages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, probate sales, leasehold and freehold matters, and re-mortgages.
  • Provide excellent client relationship skills and handle matters from pre-exchange to completion.
  • Develop and work in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment.
  • Manage multiple deadlines and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Meet targets and exceed expectations.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years previous experience of working in a fee-earning role.
  • Experience of running own caseload.
  • A sound knowledge of freehold and leasehold conveyancing in sale, purchase, and re-mortgage matters.
  • Excellent client relationship skills.
  • Able to handle matters from pre-exchange to completion.
  • Ability to develop and work in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment.
  • Resilient under pressure with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Ability and desire to meet targets and exceed expectations.
