Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team at Focus Resourcing Group Careers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing an existing caseload of Residential Property matters, including Sales & Purchase, Probate Sales, Leasehold and Free Hold Matters, and Re-Mortgages.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancing Solicitor to work with a well-established law firm, joining a small, supportive team who enjoy working collaboratively. You will be working closely with another conveyancer to manage a broad scope of Residential Property matters, demonstrating a tailor-made, proactive, and commercial approach to your clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an existing caseload of Residential Property matters, including Sales & Purchase, Probate Sales, Leasehold and Free Hold Matters, and Re-Mortgages.
  • Work collaboratively with another conveyancer to deliver a high-quality service to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing a proactive and commercial approach to their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in Residential Property law and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.
  • Meet targets and exceed expectations, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' previous experience of working in a fee-earning role.
  • Experience of running your own caseload.
  • A sound knowledge of Freehold and Leasehold conveyancing in sale, purchase, and re-mortgage matters.
  • Excellent client relationship skills.
  • Able to handle matters from pre-exchange to exchange and to completion.
  • Ability to develop and work in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment.
  • Resilient under pressure with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
