Role Overview

We are seeking to expand our customer support team in Brighton. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for providing technical assistance and guidance to our clients. Our exceptional product support team excels in troubleshooting and is deeply knowledgeable about our products and technologies from the outset.

  • Providing precise technical product assistance to clients or installers through various communication channels, including phone, email, or webchat.
  • Managing requests related to sales or returns processes.
  • Diagnosing and resolving installation challenges promptly.
  • Collaborating with other departments within Paxton to test and evaluate new products or features.
