This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join a dynamic and innovative global eCommerce organization that excels in digital retail advancements. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the Project Lifecycle Management (PLM) application, ensuring its optimal functionality and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert assistance with the PLM software and other applications.
- Taking initiative in testing, installation, and implementation of support solutions.
- Engaging in diverse roles within the IT team, including opportunities to function as a Business Analyst and Project Manager on various initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an application support capacity, preferably with PLM systems and Navision.
- Technical proficiency in SQL and Powershell is advantageous.
- A broad skill set encompassing project management and business analysis is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a strong enthusiasm for technology and business integration. You should possess excellent communication abilities, a meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
