Job Title: Onsite IT Technical Support Engineer

At Focus Group, we're seeking an experienced IT Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Brighton. As an onsite IT support engineer, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve technical issues, including hardware and software problems, network connectivity issues, and other IT-related concerns.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that clients are satisfied with the level of support they receive.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and implement solutions to improve our IT services and support processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our clients receive the best possible support.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an IT support role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Windows Desktop, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and other relevant technologies.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on problem-solving and resolution.
