Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and user support
  • Provide remote and on-site assistance internationally
  • Support VIP and Executive-level personnel
  • Utilize IT Service Management platforms for issue tracking
  • Take ownership of issues until they are resolved or escalated
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems
  • Engage in project-related tasks
  • Install and configure hardware and software
  • Develop and maintain system support documentation
  • Manage procurement and licensing of hardware and software

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Windows, Apple, and network troubleshooting
  • Experience in both deskside and remote support
  • Familiarity with Office365, SharePoint, and deployment tools
  • Experience with Jira Service Manager is advantageous
  • Strong background in remote end-user support
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline is preferred
