About the Role
Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Training Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a learning and development professional to take on a leadership role and make a significant impact on the organization's training and development strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deliver high-quality training programs to meet the needs of the business.
- Identify potential future skills gaps and proactively incorporate them into the training and development strategy.
- Ensure training compliance with regulatory guidance and requirements.
- Develop and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Evaluate the success and quality of the training provided and work with senior management to continuously improve it.
- Support the wider HR team with generalist HR activities when needed.
About the Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and delivering training in both face-to-face and online settings, as well as experience working in a large blue-collar environment. They will be a strong communicator, able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs.
