Hotel Operations Supervisor – Clayton Hotel Bristol City

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Hotel Operations Supervisor at the Clayton Hotel Bristol City.

This exceptional establishment features 255 guest accommodations, 7 conference rooms, and a 140-seat dining and bar area.

Role Objective

In this role, you will report to and assist the General Manager and Deputy General Manager, overseeing the daily operations across all hotel departments while inspiring and guiding the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic assistance to the General Manager regarding all hotel operations.
  • Directly oversee department heads.
  • Ensure that all team members are consistently motivated and engaged to deliver outstanding service.
  • Succession Planning – Facilitate the growth and continuous development of hotel staff.
  • Maintain the highest standards of customer service within the property.
  • Support the hotel's profitability and effective cost management.

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in operations management.
  • Strong focus on standards, particularly in Food & Beverage.
  • A genuine desire to advance and develop a career in the hospitality sector.
  • Experience in leading and motivating teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort in contributing to the overall hotel strategy.
  • Able to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
