**The Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Assistant - Painter to join our dynamic team at Radisson Hotel Group.

As a key member of our property maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotels, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and providing exceptional service to our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting, repairs, and replacements of hotel fixtures and equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest requests and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
