Job Title: Meeting and Events Operations Manager, Hotel du Vin

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Meeting and Events Operations Manager to join our team at Hotel du Vin. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of meetings, events, and weddings at our hotel.

About the Role:
  • Manage the conference area and ensure that all meetings and events run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Build relationships with clients and stakeholders to cultivate repeat business and ensure that all their needs are met.
  • Work closely with the Front Office Manager and Bar and Bistro Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Conduct Duty Manager responsibilities as required.
