About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our Leadership Team as Deputy General Manager at Aztec Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest journey and experience, while leading our front of house, food and drink, and spa and spa treatment teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key operational teams to ensure the highest levels of guest experience are provided at every touch point.
  • Deliver the operational and sales strategy for all areas, reporting directly to the General Manager and working closely with the Heads of Department.
  • Support recruitment, retention, and training of Departmental Managers, and coach and develop their skills.
  • Complete monthly P&L reviews with managers, reporting results and actions to the General Manager.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in an Operations Manager role in Four Star Hotels or above.
  • Thorough understanding of the industry and market place, with awareness of challenges and opportunities.
  • Skilled in delegation and multi-tasking, with a strong commercial culture and a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
