Director of Faculty Operations

We are seeking an exceptional strategic and operational leader to join our team as the Director of Faculty Operations. This role is a key player in driving cultural and organisational change with an impact that extends across the entire University.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead in evolving and driving delivery from all professional services in one of our three substantial Faculty units.
- Develop and implement operational structures and processes to ensure seamless efficiency and collaboration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage budgets and workforce plans, aligning with the University's objectives.
- Play a vital role in projects across the University, supporting the effective implementation of the institutional strategy.
- Proven senior leadership in large public/private organisations, achieving results and guiding teams to success.
- Substantial financial management experience, driving strategic decisions and optimising resources.
- Visionary strategist, adept in policy development and business planning for long-term success.
