Job Title: Graduate Sales Engineer

Location: Remote Opportunity

Salary: £30k-35k basic, with uncapped OTE taking your total package up to £45-50k in year one

A leading global company is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join their team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion across the south east region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's offering and services
  • Conduct thorough research on leads to identify key stakeholders and C-Level executives to approach
  • Engage in outbound activity, including emailing, calling, and selling through various channels
  • Combine virtual meetings with in-person interactions to build strong relationships with potential buyers
  • Qualify inbound leads and manage your pipeline effectively
  • Undertake thorough research of target accounts and contacts within those accounts, initiating meaningful conversations with potential buyers

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Driving Licence required
  • Tenacious, motivated, and able to handle rejection and act on constructive feedback
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills
  • Ambitious, determined, and consultative approach
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of working independently and proactively, with a quick learning ability
  • Proficient with technology and the Microsoft Office suite
