Guest Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Manager to join our team at Corecruitment. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to all guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Front Desk Management: Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and that the team is working effectively.
- Feedback and Complaints: Handle and resolve guest feedback and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the guest's satisfaction.
- Duty Management: Act as Duty Manager, responsible for managing the front desk team and ensuring that all tasks are completed during your shift.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit daily reports, highlighting any issues or concerns and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Sales and Revenue: Drive sales revenues and promote hotel services and facilities to guests, identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
- Brand Ambassador: Act as an ambassador for the Corecruitment brand, promoting our values and standards to guests and colleagues alike.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Customer Service: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on meeting and exceeding guest expectations.
- Opera Experience: Experience with Opera systems, with the ability to use this software to manage front desk operations.
- Organisation: A high level of organisation, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Career Progression: A desire to progress your career in a luxury hotel environment, with a focus on developing your skills and knowledge.
