About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Guest Experience Team as a Welcome Host. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive at our park.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet guests at the main gate, providing a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Check guests' passes and ensure they have a smooth and hassle-free experience throughout their stay.
  • Act as an information guide, providing guests with valuable insights and recommendations to enhance their stay.
  • Provide a safe and secure environment for our guests, ensuring their well-being and satisfaction.

Pay Rates

We offer competitive pay rates, ranging from £16 to £17 per hour for 16-17 year olds, £18 to £20 per hour for 18-20 year olds, and £21+ per hour for those 21 and above.

Experience and Qualifications

You don't need prior experience to join our Guest Experience Team. We provide comprehensive training and support to ensure you excel in your role. If you're already a Welcome Host or Customer Service Advisor, we'll help you develop your skills further.
