While experience in a healthcare setting and familiarity with clinical software may be advantageous, it is not a strict requirement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all organizational procedures and protocols, ensuring adherence at all times.
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to healthcare professionals, including the preparation of patient referrals, letters, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Assist the data management team with patient registries and chronic disease management.
  • Oversee patient referrals, ensuring compliance with organizational protocols.
  • Summarize patient records as trained.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, addressing queries and relaying messages efficiently.
  • Retrieve medical records and assist with requests for medical documentation.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as directed by management.
  • Organize and attend meetings, taking minutes as necessary.
  • Uphold the standards of the Data Protection Act at all times.
  • Support the collection of statistics and information as required.
