As a Patient Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our patient services department. Your responsibilities will include scheduling patient appointments, managing referrals, and providing administrative support. You will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
- While previous customer-facing or administrative experience would be fantastic (Healthcare industry experience would be an added bonus) full training will be provided to ensure you feel confident and fully capable in your new role_

From MRI, Ultrasound, and CT to X-ray and CBCT, we deliver over 300,000 scan appointments annually across 75 locations, serving both NHS and private patients. **Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently triaging referrals and managing NHS inboxes.
- Accurately entering and maintaining patient information in the computer system.
- Coordinating clinic appointments, including sending lists to surgeries.
- Providing timely reports to referrers within established timeframes.
- Conducting daily audits of upcoming clinics and making reminder calls.
- Handling patient inquiries, including the distribution of preparation instructions.
- Managing the communication of reports and images through various systems.
- Conducting a weekly review of the previous week's activities to prepare for month-end procedures.
- Handling urgent reports and maintaining clinical team liaison, including RAD reviews.
- Preparing lists and notes for all clinics and ensuring completion of associated paperwork.
- Fulfilling any additional duties as requested by the Patient Services Manager.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to efficiently manage a busy workload.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A professional and friendly demeanour with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Team-player mentality and flexibility in approach to work.
- Exceptional attention to detail and concentration.
