Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Patient Services Administrator to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our patients and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to patient enquiries and general queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient information is maintained and presented promptly.
  • Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals, including Consultants, GPs, and secretaries.
  • Utilize strong IT and keyboard skills to maintain databases and provide a range of secretarial services.
  • Assist with diary management and provide administrative support to the team.

Requirements:

  • Confident and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong IT skills and experience with database management.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent (desirable).
