About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Radiology Data and Service Coordinator to join our team at Spire Healthcare.

As a Radiology Data and Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing specialized coordination and administrative support within the Radiology department and throughout our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate appointments and liaise with consultants, patients, and high-performance teams
  • Ensure smooth service delivery within the radiology department and across our services
  • Operate within set protocols and provide an efficient bookings service
  • Support clinical workflows, handle audit materials, and conduct data analysis
  • Pull trends from radiology data and ensure timely delivery of radiology reports

Requirements:

  • Experience in radiology administration or healthcare administration
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems and information portals
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and healthcare-specific software
  • Experience in data analysis and using insights for operational improvements
