Radiology and Nuclear Medicine Education Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology and Nuclear Medicine Education Lead to join our education department at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of high-quality educational programmes in radiology and nuclear medicine.
Key Responsibilities:- Programme Development: Collaborate with clinical experts to design and deliver comprehensive educational programmes that meet the needs of healthcare professionals in radiology and nuclear medicine.
- Training Delivery: Deliver training sessions, workshops, and conferences to educate healthcare professionals on the latest advances in radiology and nuclear medicine.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of educators to ensure the successful delivery of educational programmes.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all educational programmes meet the highest standards of quality and are aligned with national guidelines and regulations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., radiology, nuclear medicine, education). Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in education, training, or a related field.
- Skillset: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
