Job Title: Compliance and Health and Safety Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Industry: Entertainment, Hospitality

Location: Remote (with travel to venues across Southern England)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Compliance and Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Irwin and Colton - HSE Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our clients' venues across Southern England.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation
  • Conduct risk assessments and audits across all venues and offices within the region
  • Investigate and report on significant incidents and claims
  • Work closely with contractors and customers to ensure safety is implemented and followed
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective health and safety management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a multi-site health and safety role, ideally within hospitality or a customer-facing environment
  • NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent as a minimum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel to sites, with occasional overnight stays
