Senior Health and Safety Consultant

The Account Director will be responsible for delivering high-quality consultancy services to assigned key clients, working closely with Technical Account Managers to ensure seamless service delivery. This role requires a qualified health and safety professional with a strong understanding of regulatory landscapes and a proven track record of managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of consultancy services, ensuring high-quality reports and timely completion of tasks.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and track quality objectives, ensuring compliance with SLAs, client protocols, and industry standards.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to clients, ensuring they receive tailored solutions to meet their compliance needs.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow client accounts, offering additional services to increase revenue and value.
- Team Management: Manage direct reports, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Qualifications: NEBOSH H&S Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in health and safety consultancy.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Experience: Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering high-quality consultancy services.
