Job Description

Irwin and Colton - HSE Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team. As a leading specialist in Health and Safety recruitment, we are committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and data analysis to identify and mitigate potential hazards across the venue portfolio.
  • Investigate and report on significant incidents and claims, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with contractors and customers to ensure safety protocols are implemented and followed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including the Group Safety and Security Manager.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a multi-site Health and Safety role, preferably in Hospitality, Retail, or a customer-facing environment.
  • NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent as a minimum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel to sites, with occasional overnight stays.
