We are pleased to collaborate with our esteemed client as they look to appoint a Financial Administration Coordinator to enhance their skilled team.

In this role, you will work closely with the Financial Controller, primarily focusing on delivering administrative assistance and supporting the broader organization with various administrative tasks.


The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, be proficient in computer applications, and demonstrate a willingness to adapt to new IT systems.


Position Overview:

Full-time, permanent position

Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30 with a one-hour lunch break.


Key Responsibilities:

Financial Administration:

  • Overseeing credit control and managing petty cash transactions.
  • Processing and administering expense reimbursements.
  • Coordinating the collection and entry of credit card transaction receipts.
  • Organizing, scanning, and archiving financial documents and records.


Reception Duties:

Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and suppliers, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming telephone inquiries.
  • Arranging travel logistics for management and executives.
  • Facilitating meeting administration and taking notes.
  • Exhibiting strong computer skills.
  • Having prior experience in a finance-related role.
  • Demonstrating the ability to thrive in a dynamic office environment.
