Page Personnel Finance is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function and ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collate and maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing and distributing necessary documentation
  • Manage employee absences, including tracking holidays and leave
  • Process and maintain employee data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Coordinate interviews and meetings, including preparing and distributing agendas and minutes
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports and presentations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a personnel or administrative role
