About the Role
Page Personnel Finance is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function and ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collate and maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing and distributing necessary documentation
- Manage employee absences, including tracking holidays and leave
- Process and maintain employee data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate interviews and meetings, including preparing and distributing agendas and minutes
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports and presentations
Requirements
- Previous experience in a personnel or administrative role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR software
