About Our Client

We are a growing organisation in Burgess Hill seeking a full-time permanent HR Administrator.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused individual to join our team as an HR Administrator. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including:

  • Collating and maintaining accurate operational information
  • Coordinating the onboarding process for new starters
  • Managing holiday bookings and records
  • Logging and responding to new enquiries via email
  • Preparing and sending data and literature packs
  • Coordinating the distribution of contracts and chasing responses
  • Ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Supporting the coordination of interviews

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a personnel or administrative role
  • CIPD studying or equivalent
  • Excellent confidentiality and discretion

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £30-35,000, 5 days a week in office, 20 days holiday, Auto Enrolment Pension, and Healthcare.
